Ok. You put Ad bloc plus on Firefox.
Then you follow this.
This should sort some of them out.

I got rid of Norton. It is arse. It constantly fails tests done by independent groups. I was recently infected with a virus and it took 2 and a half days of work with the help of a very kind person in the states to clear it. When we scanned using the program they advised and wrote I believe, it found over 70 thing norton had let through. It is called Spybot and is free. It was only on the last day that norton popped up saying there was a problem. I now, on the advise of various forums use Comodo Firewall Pro (free) and ESET NOD32 antivirus (about £30) My computer runs faster for a start. It does all sorts of clever stuff that I don't understand.
